Product Pricing Policy
This Product Pricing Policy defines the structure, consumption rates, and valuation of tokens used to access BrowserPod Services, as referenced in the BrowserPod Terms of Service (Sections 5 and 6).
1. Pricing Structure and Units
The pricing model is based on a subscription tier system with a metered token consumption mechanism. All API keys are subject to a global metering system.

All prices in this Policy are expressed in United States Dollars (US$).
2. Token Valuation
- The base value of a token is $0.001.
- A fixed number of tokens is provided with each plan, including BrowserPod Personal and BrowserPod Pro (see Section 3).
- Additional tokens are available for purchase in multiples of 10,000 where 10,000 tokens cost $10.
- Tokens can only be purchased by customers on a BrowserPod Pro plan.
3. Subscription Tiers and Inclusions
Access to the Services requires an API key via a subscription model.

Customers of the BrowserPod Pro plan can purchase additional tokens at a rate of $10 per 10,000 tokens.
In some circumstances, Leaning Technologies can warrant additional tokens to customers of the BrowserPod Personal and Pro plans at its own discretion.
4. Consumption Rates and Session Duration
Consumption ties directly to the "boot" — the initialization of a single BrowserPod instance.
- Instance Start Cost: The cost to boot a single Pod instance consumes the equivalent of 10 tokens.
- Session Duration: A single session of a Pod lasts a maximum of one hour. The duration is measured from the boot of the Pod to the time at which the Pod is destroyed or becomes inactive (which occurs automatically after the browser session running the Pod is closed).
- Duration Extension: To extend the duration of an active session, an additional 10 tokens are automatically spent upon reaching the end of the initial hour, or each additional hour.
- Time Limit: Leaning Technologies reserves the right to terminate instance activity after ten hours of continued activity.
5. Overage and Commercial Limits
If your usage exceeds the token limits allocated by your current subscription, you must purchase additional tokens (if on the BrowserPod Pro plan) or upgrade your plan (if on the BrowserPod Personal plan).
Customers with active commercial plans may not exceed their allocated usage limits (measured by "boots" and time) without obtaining additional tokens or upgrading their license.
6. Fair Use Limits
Commercial usage under the BrowserPod Pro plan is subject to fair use limits. Use of the Services under the Pro plan must not exceed 1,000,000 tokens per month.
Any tokens granted or consumed are monitored via the global metering system, and exceeding this limit may result in temporary suspension of commercial usage privileges until the start of the next monthly billing cycle.
If usage over these limits is required, a BrowserPod Enterprise plan is required.
